## Getting back into your account

Locked out? Here is how your reset link works, and what to do if you still cannot get back in.

### The link works once

Your link lasts an hour and works one time only, so nobody else can use it after you.

### Only the newest link works

If you ask more than once, only the most recent link opens. The earlier ones stop working the moment you ask again.

### Pick a password only you use

A mix of letters, numbers and symbols that you do not use anywhere else keeps your website yours.
