# Add a page and put it in the menu

Pages live in the menu, so that is where you add one. A page under another page becomes a group that opens.

## 1. Open the menu in the editor

In the editor, the menu at the top is live. Every page name is a box you can type in, and “+ Add page” sits at the end of the row. On a phone, open the menu and it is at the top.

## 2. Press Add page and name it

Type the page’s name and press Enter. The page is made, added to the menu, and opened, with a banner already carrying its name.

## 3. To put a page under another one, use Add subpage

Press the small arrow beside a page’s name, then Add subpage. The new page’s address is the parent’s plus its own — /resources/blog/my-post — and the parent becomes a group in the menu.

## 4. Build it and publish

The guided build offers the page’s sections one at a time. Publish when it reads right. A page that is not published yet stays out of the menu for visitors.
