Let someone else help edit your site

A second pair of hands, with their own login and only the rights you give them.

1. Open Collaborators

Dashboard → your site → Collaborators. Or, from the account page, give someone access to several sites at once.

2. Invite by email

Type their email and choose what they may do: edit pages; manage settings; or only look. They get an invitation that only works from that email address.

3. Edit together

Two people can be in the editor at once. A part one person is editing is locked for the other until they finish, so nobody overwrites anybody.

4. Take access away

The same page removes them. Anything they published stays; their login stops working on your site at once.
