Publish a change, and undo one

Drafts are private until you publish. Every publish is a revision you can return to.

1. Undo as you go

Ctrl+Z (⌘Z on a Mac) undoes the last edit; the toolbar has the same arrows. Undo works on words, moves and deletions alike.

2. Publish when it reads right

Press Publish in the toolbar. The draft becomes the live page. Visitors see it on their next visit — no delay, and no old copy left showing.

3. Go back to an earlier version

Open Revisions in the toolbar. Every publish is listed with its time; pick one to see it, and restore it if it was better.

4. Share a draft before publishing

A preview link shows the draft to anyone who has the link — a colleague, a client — without publishing it. Links can be revoked.
